This sheet music is Eric Satie's 1st Gymnopédie arranged for Violin (or Viola reading the treble clef) and Piano. You can print the individual parts for Violin or Viola and Piano (the pianist uses the score). The double-stopping and pizzicato notes can be considered as optional extras to add a little spice to the piece. You can also download music files for this arrangement in MIDI and MP3 formats.
Alternative arrangements of this piece can be accessed from the menu on the left hand side. Note that an Oboe or Recorder can play the Flute version, a Trumpet can play the Clarinet version, and a Viola can play the Violin version (provided the player can read music in the treble clef). Pianists can of course play the original version for Piano solo. The full set of three Gymnopédies for piano is available from Sheet Music Plus (US) and the first three Gnossiennes can be found at The Music Room (UK).
